If you have an enquiry relating to a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure you have proof of purchase which is within 10 years. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to assist with your enquiry.

2. Visit this page to ensure your claim meets the terms and conditions of the policy:  https://www.tupperware.com/pages/warranty. Please note that accidental damage is not covered by the 10-year warranty.
