How Exactly Does It Work?
The innovative CondensControl™ membrane located in the rim and lid controls the environment of the container by carefully transferring excess humidity out, reducing mould growth and ensuring the best conditions for the bread to stay fresh for longer. In dry weather, the membrane also prevents bread from drying out!
Specially designed ribs on the base of the container also help ensure proper ventilation under the bread, minimising contact with breadcrumbs and moisture, helping you avoid spoilage and save money!
