What can I store in BreadSmart
BreadSmart is perfect for storing all kinds of breads and bakery items, including sweet or savoury loaves, bread rolls, baguettes, bagels, teacakes, crumpets, muffins, doughnuts, non-filled pastries and more.
How do I use my BreadSmart?
Always remove all packaging from your bread or bakery products before placing them inside the BreadSmart container.
When removing bread of bakery products from BreadSmart, replace the lid immediately. Leaving the lid off for long periods or repeatedly removing and replacing the lid will reduce its effectiveness.

Should I remove packaging before storing in the BreadSmart?
After purchasing your bread or bakery items remove all packaging, place inside the BreadSmart container and place the lid on to the base.
The lid doesn’t seal/the lid isn’t airtight
The BreadSmart lid is not designed to seal to the base. The CondensControl™ technology works best when air is able to flow.
My loaf is too tall to fit in my BreadSmart Junior
Some loaves can be quite tall but don’t worry, you can still store the loaf in BreadSmart, just place the loaf on its side.
Where should I keep my BreadSmart?
Can I store BreadSmart in the fridge?
We don’t recommend placing BreadSmart in a fridge, as this will cause high humidity inside the container and reduce its effectiveness.
How do I clean my BreadSmart?
BreadSmart is hand wash only and simply wipes clean with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning products.
Can I wash the BreadSmart in the dishwasher?
BreadSmart should be washed by hand using a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning products.
How big is BreadSmart Junior?
BreadSmart Junior is 32cm long x 16.5cm wide x 15cm high and allows you to store one full loaf. It includes a notched divider to keep the slices straight, or let you store two different types of bread at one time.
How big is BreadSmart Large?
BreadSmart Large is 38cm long x 26.5cm wide x 15.5cm high and
allows you to easily store 1 large loaf of bread with 2-3 smaller pieces of bread and/or pastries. Perfect for a large family.
Do I remove the film from the inside of my lid (BreadSmart Junior)?
Please do not remove, damage, or perforate the CondensControlTM membrane as this will affect performance
I haven’t received the divider with my BreadSmart Large
A divider isn’t included with the BreadSmart Large, this is only available with the BreadSmart Junior
What is BreadSmart made from?
BreadSmart is made with 100% BPA-free plastic.
