  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 ¼ tsp. active dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • Olive oil 


  1. Take a That's a Bowl Medium and pour water into it, then sprinkle the yeast over the water's surface. Allow it to sit undisturbed for 5 minutes.
  2. Incorporate sugar, salt, and flour into the bowl, and thoroughly mix until the ingredients are fully combined. Transfer the dough onto a stable surface and knead it for approximately 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and is no longer sticky.
  3. Pour a small amount of olive oil into the That's a Bowl Medium and place the dough inside. Seal the bowl and let the dough rest until it has doubled in size.
  4. Once the dough has risen, gently stretch it out and add your desired toppings. Bake the pizza at a temperature of 425°F/220°C for approximately 12 minutes. Serve the pizza while it is still warm.
